Set up your learning platform theme and completion certificates

Available for the following Learning plans: Standard, Plus

The Learning Theme section allows you to customise your learning portal branding to fit your organisational needs. You can, for example, edit settings such as what login logo or background your employees see and the default colour scheme used within your learning platform. We also provide features that allow you to edit the elements shown on the course completion certificate. Lastly, if you want to ‌disable completion certificates, you can do so from this page as well.

Getting started

Set up your theme and completion completion certificate
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the   Settings button.

  3. Click the Portal Information button.
  4. Complete the following fields:
    • Logo.
    • Portal colour.
    • Feature image.
    • Customise login:
      • Login title.
      • Login description.
    • Customise sign up:
      • Sign up title.
      • Sign up description.
    • Customise dashboard:
      • Welcome message.
      • Dashboard image.
      • Mobile portrait.
      • Dashboard icon.
    • Certificate:
      • Enable Completion certificate.
      • Signature.
      • Signee's full name.
      • Signee's job title.
  5. Click the Save Changes button.
