The Business Portal HR Documents Reporting feature allows you to create a report that you can use to analyse the stage the HR documents are at within your organisation and see who needs reminding to sign a document. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data, enabling you to load the report into a CSV-supported program like Microsoft Excel.

Getting started
Creating an HR documents report
Reminding an employee to sign a document
- Click the Business Reports menu.
- Click the HR Documents submenu.
- Select Waiting for Recipient Signature from the Document Status drop-down.
- Choose from the following filters to refine the displayed data:
- Employee/Contractor/all.
- Employee
- Document status.
- Organisation.
- Employee Status
- Click the Filter button.
- Click the Remind button.
