As an organisation, you would have a range of policies and induction content assigned to your employees that need acknowledging, so you know they have read and agreed to the contents. By having a central place you can manage this process from, will reduce your administration spent on monitoring employee compliance with your organisation's policies and induction content.
The Business Portal Policies and Induction Content Reporting feature allows you to create a report that you can use to analyse what documentation your employees have acknowledged and what is still overdue. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data, enabling you to load the report into a CSV supported program like Microsoft Excel.
If you have replaced a piece of induction content with a newer version, then you will permanently lose any supporting documents and employee acknowledgements, attached to the previous version of the induction content.

- Click the Business Reports menu.
- Click the Policies and Induction submenu.
- Chose from the following filters to refine the displayed data:
- Show terminated employees/contractors.
- Show archived policies.
- Document status.
- Document name.
- Click the Filter button.
- Click the Download CSV button.
