Template management via the business portal

Available for the following Business Portal platform: Business Portal, Reseller Business Portal
Available for the following Business Portal access: Business Portal Admin, Business Portal Owner

The Business Portal Template Management feature allows you to create a template group that contains a group of documents that you can assign to specific organisations that are a part of your business portal. This feature also includes the ability to disable documents that are no longer relevant, edit template group details, and delete the information if you created it in error.

Getting started

Adding a template group
  1. Click the Content Management menu.
  2. Click the Template Group tab.
  3. Click the Add button.

  4. Enter the group name and click the Save button.

  5. Select your own templates to include in the group.
  6. Click the Next button.

  7. Select the Employment Hero templates to include in the group.
  8. Click the Next button.

    Important

    Only if you are a Value-Added Reseller, can you choose what Employment Hero Templates to exclude from your template group. By default, the platform includes all Employment Hero templates within a template group.

  9. Review the included templates and click the Next button.

  10. Select the organisations that need assigning to this group.
  11. Click the Assign button.

Cloning employment hero templates
  1. Click the Content Management menu.
  2. Click the Employment Hero Templates tab.
  3. Click the Clone button.

  4. Complete the following fields:
    • Is this a business account template.
    • Countries.
  5. Click the Clone button.

  6. Review the document and click the Save and Preview button.

Maintain

Filtering documents
  1. Click the Content Management menu.
  2. Click the Your Templates or Other Templates tab.
  3. Click the Search/Filter button.
  4. Click the Advanced Search button.
  5. Select from the following filters:
    • Countries.
    • Template type.
    • Templates status.
  6. Click the Search button.

View Employment Hero templates
  1. Click the Content Management menu.
  2. Click the Employment Hero Templates tab.
  3. Click the View button.

    You will now see the Employment Hero Template displayed on your screen.

View a document
  1. Click the Content Management menu.
  2. Click the Your Templates or Other Templates tab.
  3. Click the View button.

Edit document information
  1. Click the Content Management menu.
  2. Click the Your Templates or Other Templates tab.
  3. Click the Three Dots button.
  4. Click the Edit Info button.

Disabling a document
  1. Click the Content Management menu.
