The Job History feature allows you to add your contractor information such as their service description, reporting line, and what their payment frequency is, i.e. weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. You can also use this feature to edit these details if they need updating or to delete a record that you added in error.

Getting started
Adding a new job history
- Click the Personnel menu.
- Click the Independent Contractor submenu.
- Select the contractor that needs job history added.
- Click the Job History tab.
- Click the Add button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Start date.
- End date.
- Job title.
- Service description.
- Reports to.
- Payment frequency:
- Weekly.
- Fortnightly.
- Monthly.
- Country of bank account.
- Click the Create button.
