If your organisation requires you to track daily hours, you'll need to submit timesheets. These allow your manager to review your hours against your contracted time for approval and payment. The Submit a Timesheet feature lets you enter shift start/end times, breaks, work type, and location. You can also add standard hours, copy timesheets from the last fortnight, edit details, or delete entries as needed.
Important
If you're unable to submit timesheets through the Payroll platform, contact your payroll administrator. One of the following may apply:
- Your payroll admin needs to enable your employee portal access.
- Your organisation manages timesheets in the HR platform, not the Payroll platform.
Submit a timesheet
You can add timesheets using the Timesheet spreadsheet. If you are familiar with Microsoft excel, the functions are fairly similar. The fastest method of data entry is to click on a cell and then begin typing.

Hi Ian Hatfield,
Thanks for reaching out.
If you are logging into Employment Hero on a computer, then on the purple left-hand side menu, you will see a Time icon. From here, click on Timesheets.
If you're using the Swag app, from the Swag dashboard, click on the Work icon, then along the top bar, tap on the Timesheets option.
