Is the devops email enabled?
We use the Dev Ops emails to connect your HR and Learning platforms together, and there are a couple of different setups associated with the integration. The different types depend upon when your integration was first created and the subscription plan associated. If this user is disabled, you may lose access to view learning content. The devops user emails do not count towards your organisation's chargeable users.
