How do I apply an employee leave request to a timesheet?

Answer
You can use the Timesheet feature to turn an employee leave request into an employee timesheet entry. You will need to undertake the below steps via your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
Important
To apply a leave request as a timesheet, the employee must have the Annual Leave Taken Work Type enabled. To read further information on how to create a work type, refer to the following article.
Applying a leave request to a timesheet
- Log in to your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Timesheet menu.
- Click the Create Timesheet submenu.
- Complete the following fields:
- Employee.
- Period ending:
- Week.
- Fortnight.
- Date.
- Timesheet costs:
- Show timesheet costs.
- Hide timesheet costs.
- Click the Approved Leave Request drop-down.
- Click the Leave Request that needs turning into a timesheet.
- Verify the following fields are correct:
- Start time.
- End time.
- Click the Save button.
- Click the Save button.
