Employee has payments to funds that are not setup for automatic payments.

Explanation

This error will appear when the Payroll classic platform cannot confirm that the employees' fund is super stream compliant. This may be because of incomplete super fund details. The employee's super fund details will need to be set up correctly to process a super batch payment.

Solution

As the data between Employment Hero HR and Payroll is one directional, i.e. the data only flows from the HR platform to the payroll platform, you will need to add the employees super fund via the HR platform. To read further details on how to update the employees' super fund on the Employment Hero platform, you can refer to this article. Once you have added an employee's super fund, you can update your super batch payment data by using the Refresh Data feature.
