Explanation
This means that the employee does not have an assigned Superannuation fund. The employee needs to have an assigned fund to process a super-batch payment.
Solution
As the data between Employment Hero and Payroll classic is one-directional, i.e. the data only flows from Employment Hero to Payroll classic, you will need to add the employees super fund via Employment Hero. Once you have added an employee to your super fund, you can update your super-batch payment data by using the Refresh Data feature.
