Payroll platform: Clock Me In access management

Overview

As an organisation, by using time and attendance software, your managers and admins can track and monitor when your employees start and stop work each day. This is important in a large workforce, or a business utilising shift workers, as keeping track of a large labour pool can be very time-consuming.

The Time and Attendance Access Management feature allows you to grant access in bulk to employees who need to use your Clock Me In iPad app. You can also use this feature to revoke an employee's access if they no longer to clock in for work.

Getting started

The below premise will walk you through how to grant an employee access to the Clock Me In app

Grant access to Clock Me In
  1. Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
  2. Click the   Business Settings menu.
  3. Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
  4. Click the   Time and Attendance button.
  5. Click the Employee Access tab.
  6. Select the employees that need access granted.
  7. Click the Grant Access button.

The below premise will walk you through how to revoke an employee's access to the Clock Me In app

Revoke access to Clock Me In
  1. Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
  2. Click the   Business Settings menu.
  3. Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
  4. Click the   Time and Attendance button.
  5. Click the Employee Access tab.
  6. Select the employees that need access revoked.
  7. Click the Revoke Access button.
