How do I send a password reset email to a user?

Answer

You can use the Send Password Reset feature within the User Management module to send a password reset email to a user that has forgotten their login details and can not access your organisation's learning platform.

  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the Administrator button.

  3. Click the User tab.
  4. Hover of the user that needs a password reset email sent.
  5. Click the   button.
  6. Select the Send Password Reset button.
