A journal file export service is a tool that allows you to select the accounting software file export that matches your accounting platform's requirements, so that you can capture journal entries in your chart of accounts. If you use Wiise for your accounting software and journal service, and Employment Hero's Payroll classic platform for your payroll, you simply need to select the Wiise Accounting file option on your Employment Hero Payroll classic platform via the Journal Service feature.
After selecting the Wiise export file option and setting up your chart of accounts, you can download your payroll journal data from a finalised a pay run and upload into your Wiise platform. We also format the export file data to reflect automatically your Wiise reporting layouts, reducing the work needed on your end to upload your data onto your Wiise platform.
