Submit timesheets as an employee

Available for the following Payroll plans: Standard, Premium Available for the following user access level: Employee
If your organisation tracks work hours, you'll need to submit timesheets detailing your daily work, including start and end times, breaks, work type, and cost centre. This allows your manager to approve your hours for payment. The timesheet feature also lets you add standard hours, copy previous timesheets, and edit or delete entries as needed.
Getting started
Add another timesheet line
Click the Time menu.
Click the Timesheet submenu.
Click the Actions button.
Click the Add Another Timesheet Line button.
Select the required date and click the Add button.
Add my standard hours
Click the Time menu.
Click the Timesheet submenu.
Click the Actions button.
Click the Add Standard Hours button.
Copy timesheets from the last week
Click the Time menu.
Click the Timesheet submenu.
Click the Actions button.
Click the Copy Timesheets from Last Week button.
Enter timesheet hours instead of start/end times
Click the Time menu.
Click the Timesheet submenu.
Click the Timesheet menu.
Click the Actions button.
Click the Enter Hours Instead of Start/End Times button.
Submit a timesheet
Click the Time menu.
Click the Timesheet submenu.
Click the Timesheet menu.
Complete the following fields:
Employee.
Period ending:
Week.
Fortnight.
Date.
Work Types.
Start time.
End time.
Break start.
Break end.
Cost centre.
Click the Save button.
Maintain
Available for the following HR classic plans: Standard, Premium, Platinum Available for the following Payroll classic plans: Standard, Premium Available for the following user access level: Employee
Revert timesheet changes
Click the Time menu.
Click the Timesheet submenu.
Click the Actions button.
Click the Revert Changes button.
Edit a timesheet entry
Click the Time menu.
Click the Timesheet submenu.
Complete the following fields:
Employee.
Period ending:
Week.
Fortnight.
Date.
Make the required changes and click the Save button.
Clear all timesheet entries
Click the Time menu.
Click the Timesheet submenu.
Click the Actions button.
Click the Clear Timesheets button.
Click the OK button.
