How do I enable shift notifications for an employee?
Answer
You can use the Shift Notifications feature within the Employee File module to turn on rostering notifications for a chosen employee.
Enable shift notifications
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll classic platform.
- Click the Employee menu.
- Click the List submenu.
- Click on the employee who needs notifications enabled.
- Click the Pay Run Defaults button.
- In the Rostering Notification section, choose either:
- Email.
- SMS.
- Click the Save button.
