How do I enable shift notifications for an employee?

Answer

You can use the Shift Notifications feature within the Employee File module to turn on rostering notifications for a chosen employee.

Enable shift notifications
  1. Log into your Employment Hero Payroll classic platform.
  2. Click the   Employee menu.
  3. Click the List submenu.
  4. Click on the employee who needs notifications enabled.
  5. Click the   Pay Run Defaults button.
  6. In the Rostering Notification section, choose either:
    • Email.
    • SMS.
  7. Click the Save button.
