Overview
Attaching documents to a timesheet can provide context to occurrences that happen during a shift, or to provide any additional information about a shift. This can come in the form of a photo, or by a document saved on their phone. Attached timesheet documents can be seen by any payroll admins or managers while viewing and approving timesheets.

Getting started
The following steps outline how you can attach a document to a timesheet either via the Create a Timesheet and/or the Approve Timesheets page.
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Select the Timesheets menu.
- Select Create Requests submenu.
- Select an employee using the Employee selector.
- Click the button.
- Click the Select File button.
- Select the file you would like to attach and click the Confirm Upload button.
Helpful Hint
A prompt will show on your screen when the platform successful adds the attachment to the your timesheet submission.
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Timesheets menu.
- Click the Approve Timesheets submenu.
- Click the button.
- Click the Add button.
- Click the file you would like to attach and click the Save button.
Maintain
The following premises will walk you through how you can view and/or remove an attached document from a timesheet submission.
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Timesheets menu
- Click the Approve Timesheets submenu.
- Click the button.

Your file will now download to your local device.
