How does employee file management differ between Global Teams employees and regular employees? 

Answer

For Global Teams employees, Employment Hero handles the employment agreement, payroll costs, and local legislation on your behalf. It is important to notify Employment Hero of any changes that may impact these areas rather than making the edits directly. Therefore, for Global Teams employees, there are certain fields you are unable to edit:

  • The following fields under Employment Details are not editable:
    • Employment type (related to Employment History).
    • Job title (related to Employment History).
    • Start date (related to Employment History).
    • Global Teams start date.
    • Termination date.
    • Probation length.
  • Employment History.
  • HR Documents.
  • Uploaded Documents.
  • Pay Details.
  • Work Eligibility.
