Updates made to HR documents and the templates available

HR documents and templates are the backbone of the procedures that govern everything from onboarding an employee to entering into agreements with their new employers and business partners. Companies are strongly encouraged to have HR document templates available, organised, and accessible to help streamline the inner workings of today’s challenging business landscape.

Employment Hero contains documentation regularly audited, reviewed, and updated by domestic legal professionals. We also publish, update and edit it internally for the benefit of our clients and to make work easier.

The "Update from Template" feature

You can use Employment Hero templates when creating policies for your company in the Policy Management screen. When these templates get updated, the changes made to them do not automatically apply to the policies based on them.

To bridge this gap, we have introduced the Update from Template feature. It lets you update existing policies (that you created from our templates) into the most recent version of the templates they were based on.
