As an organisation, by running the Tenure Report, managers and administrators can track and check for how long your employees have been working with your company. The Tenure Report includes a quick-view company tenure pie chart, showing the distribution of tenure among employees, and a filterable, searchable, and downloadable table displaying your tenure data.

This is the default access level per user and whether they have view, edit and delete access, excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.
Getting started
Daily activities
Download your tenure report
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Tenure button.
- Chose from the following filters to refine the displayed data:
- Status:
- Active
- Terminated.
- Location.
- Team.
- Age:
- Less then 19.
- 20 - 29.
- 30 -39.
- 40 - 49.
- 50 - 59.
- Over 60.
- Start date.
- End date.
- Duration:
- Days.
- Months.
- Years
- Status:
- Click the Download CSV button.
