Admins can provide permissions to employees and managers who do not have default access to certain features. You can do this by creating a custom security group, as detailed in KBA 1.
Below, you can see the features you can grant access to employees, managers, and other non-admin users.
Important Information
Upload a document to an employee's file: This functionality can now be granted via Permissions.
Employee-uploaded documents: Admins/Owners can now edit permissions for documents uploaded by employees to their own profiles.
