I have created bonus/allowances payments for my HeroForce employees in-platform and I want to know when will you pay these out to my HeroForce employees?

Answer

When submitting a bonus/allowance payment for HeroForce employees in-platform, you will select an Effective Date. The effective date represents the payroll cycle during which we will pay the bonus/allowance payment to the employee. For example, if the effective date is April 2023, we will pay the payment out to the employee during the April payroll cycle.

Please note you must submit bonuses and allowances for HeroForce employees before the 5th of each month for us to be able to include it in that month’s payroll. If you are submitting a bonus/allowance payment after the 5th, you will not be able to select the current month as the effective date.
