As an administrator with HeroForce employees, how can I end an active recurring bonus/allowance in the HR platform?
Answer
You can complete the process of ending a recurring bonus/allowance from within Employment Hero; HeroForce Bonuses/Allowances module.
Important
You can only end a recurring bonus/allowance if shows an Active status. If you can not see this status message or you ended iit in the past, we wil not show the End recurring payment button. When ending a HeroForce employee's recurring bonus/allowance, end it by the 5th of the effective month to exclude it from that month's payroll. Once you end a recurring payment, you will be able to see the final payment date by clicking the View button.
End recurring HeroForce Bonus/Allowance
- Click the Pay menu.
- Click the Bonus/Allowances submenu.
- Click the View button.
- Click the End recurring payment button.
- Click the When do you wish to end this payment? field and choose from either:
- As soon as possible.
- After a specific date.
- Click the End recurring payment button.
