How do I contact the payroll support team?


For any issues relating to the software, our team of specialist supporters are on hand between 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public Holidays) via either a ticketing platform or Live Chat. There are a couple of ways Full Access Users can contact support team:

  • Sign in to the platform as a full-access user.
  • Click on the Support icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • Follow the prompts to transfer to an agent or submit a query with the team.

If you or an employee is unable to access an account, this handy article explains how you can reset your password, 2FA or unlock an account via the HR platform If your query relates to the Swag app, please resubmit your query with our Swag Support team here.
