How can I access live chat support for onboarding on payroll classic?

Answer

We have launched live chat to better assist our onboarding clients. With live chat, you will have the benefit of in-moment support. This enables you to quickly address any questions or concerns you may have as they pop up and keep you moving through your platform implementation.

If you are not an admin or owner, please reach out to your account admin directly.

Admins and owners can follow these steps:

Access live chat with support
  1. Log into the Employment Hero Payroll classic platform.
  2. Click the purple support button (chat icon) in the lower-right corner of your screen.

  3. Complete the questions asked.
