You can change the date format within a document to either DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY using the dynamic fields available in the template editor. To do this, you will need to drag in a date field into the document, then choose the date format. The document will then automatically pull in the correct date in your chosen format.
The Basic and Advanced Document Template Editors have now been decommissioned and superseded by the Doc Studio as of 13 August 2026. The Basic and Advanced Document Template Editors are still able to be used in Employment Hero, however these will not be receiving feature updates.
