Important: The legacy Advanced editor has been retired as of 1 August 2026. All new templates and edits to existing templates must now be created in Doc Studio, the new document editor. Existing templates created in the legacy Advanced editor can still be viewed and issued to employees, but can no longer be edited in the legacy editor. To migrate your existing Advanced editor templates to Doc Studio, please refer to the Migrate your previous advanced document templates to Doc Studio article.
You can use Doc Studio to add tables to your organization's HR document templates. You can also edit a table if the information needs updating, or delete a table you no longer need. To access the Template Library, navigate to Compliance > Template Library in your Employment Hero platform.
Getting started
The below will walk you through how to create a table.
- Open the required Doc Studio template.
- Click the Table icon in the toolbar.
- Click either the Return button to exit the editor or the Edit button to make further changes.
