Hero AI is a bot for employees powered by a Large Language Model (LLM) that allows you to ask your organization any HR or policy-related questions. Hero AI offers a robust question-and-answer format that transforms complex policy documents and HR and work advice into easily searchable and understandable formats.
How to use Hero AI
- Log in to the EH Work app.
- Scroll down to the Hero AI section.
- Type in your question and click the send arrow.
- Your Hero AI answer will display.
Frequently asked questions
Hero AI doesn't automatically know a user's role or location (such as whether they are a manager, employee, or based in Canada).
Instead, it strictly mirrors the existing view permissions set up by your organization. For example, if your settings restrict Canadian users to Canadian policies and UK users to UK policies, Hero AI will automatically follow those exact same access controls.
Hero AI uses a Large Language Model (LLM) to read and analyze your organization’s policies. When an employee asks a question, the platform instantly scans these documents to find and deliver the most relevant information.
Hero AI searches through your company's policy information. Hero AI can only reply to policy questions at this stage. Some example questions you can ask Hero AI are:
- How is provincial time off or vacation pay calculated?
- How can I improve my leadership skills?
- What is my company's parental leave policy?
- What makes an effective 1:1 meeting with my manager?
- What is my company's work-from-home policy?
Yes. If your company has not uploaded the policy information, you will receive the following message:
I am designed to answer questions about your organization’s policies. Currently, I cannot find any policies for your organization. Please contact your admin to add relevant policies.
If anything is missing from Hero AI that you feel is needed, please contact your administrator.
You will not need to upload any documents for the HR-related questions.
