Configure how your learning award management report displays

Available for the following Learning plans: Standard, Plus

The Learning Award Management section allows you to create ‌customised report views. Whereby, you can choose to have the data laid out differently, for example, as a table, calendar, or histogram. You can also customise what columns to include in each of these layouts and then ‌save this view so you can access it again later. Finally, you can share this custom view with others on your learning platform, edit the information if it changes, and delete a record if it is no longer relevant.

Getting started

Configure your award management report displays
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the Administrator button.
  3. Click the Award tab.
  4. Select the   Config button.
  5. Choose from the following options:
    • Table:
      • Columns:
        • ID.
        • Title.
        • Description.
        • Published.
        • Quantity.
        • Number of courses.
        • Tags.
        • Expire.
        • Created.
      • Records per page:
        • 10.
        • 20.
        • 25.
        • 50.
        • 100.
    • Calendar:
      • Start date field:
        • Created.
      • End date field:
        • None.
        • Created.
    • Histogram:
      • X-axis field:
        • Created.
      • Interval:
        • Year.
        • Quarter.
        • Month.
        • Week.
        • Day.
        • Hour.
        • Minute.
        • Second.
      • Group by:
        • None.
        • ID.
        • Title.
        • Published.
        • Quantity.
        • Number or courses.
        • Tags.
      • Y-axis field:

  6. Click the Apply button.
Save your configured award management report displays
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the Administrator button.
  3. Click the Award tab.
  4. Select the view that needs saving.
  5. Click the   Save As button.
  6. Complete the following fields:
    • Title.
    • Visibility:
      • Only me.
      • All portal admins.
      • All portal users.
    • Set as default report?
  7. Click the Save button.
Share your configured award management report displays
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the Administrator button.
  3. Click the Award tab.
  4. Select the view that needs sharing.
  5. Click the   button
  6. Select the Make the Data from this Report Available Through a URL tick box.
  7. Select the URL or click the   button.
  8. Click the Apply button.

Edit and delete data

Edit the report display information details
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the Administrator button.
  3. Click the Award tab.
  4. Select the view that needs editing.
  5. Click the   Edit button.
  6. Make the required changes and click the Save button.
Delete your saved report display configuration
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the Administrator button.
  3. Click the Award tab.
  4. Select the view that needs deleting.
  5. Click the   button.
  6. Click the   Delete button.
  7. Click the Delete button.
