View an employee's one-to-one (1:1) responses over time

The One and One (1:1) Reporting feature allows you to see and track how employees responded to questions within their 1:1 sessions over time. You can do this by opening up the history of their 1:1s and then reading the answers given by the employee. This can help you see development and improvements in the ratings and responses that form your 1:1 questions.

See historic 1:1 responses

See an employee's historic 1:1 responses
  1. Click the  Reports menu.
  2. Click the Development tab.
  3. Click the 1:1 Reports box.

  4. Filter your search based on the following:
    • Show terminated employees.
    • Guest.
    • Organiser.
    • Date range.
    • Status.
  5. Scroll down to the list view of 1:1s.
  6. Click a 1:1 meeting with the employee you want to track.

  7. Scroll down to the History section.
  8. Click on the date, or arrow next to the date, of the 1:1 you want to view.

  9. You can click on each question to open up the employee's response to each question.
