Sometimes, you may need to make unscheduled payments to employees outside of your typical pay period. When this happens, you can now contact your Payroll partner via Get Help to send in an off-cycle payroll request. You will not be able to prepare this on your own. Instead, the Employment Hero payroll team will take care of it for you.
Getting started
Submit an off-cycle payroll request
- Click the Get Help button in the upper-right corner of your screen. This button is visible in the same area, regardless of where you are on the platform.
- Click the Contact Payroll Partner button.
- In the chatbox, type to request an off-cycle payroll.
- Enter the following details:
- Pay run period.
- Proposed paid date.
- Subject.
- Message - You can explain the details of the request in this field.
- Upload amendments.
