Statutory requests for leave allow employees to take legally entitled leave for situations such as maternity, paternity, adoption, bereavement, and sickness.
To streamline this process, Employment Hero automatically provides statutory leave types, aligning requests with payroll requirements. Employees can submit requests through a dedicated form, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and reducing manual administrative work for HR teams. This helps businesses manage employee leave efficiently while ensuring accurate payroll processing.
