What you need to do
Use incognito/private mode
Open your web browser in incognito or private mode. This helps avoid any cached data or extensions that might interfere with the password reset process.
Enter your account email
Ensure you are using the email address linked to your Employment Hero account (typically the one where you receive your payslips or log in to the Employment Hero Work app with).
Go to the Employment Hero login page
Select "Forgot Your Password"
After entering your email, click on Forgot your password. You should receive the reset email shortly after.
