Here are our product releases for Week 28 of 2026, which includes July 6 - 10, 2026.

Digital Onboarding

  • Improved HeroForce induction visibility by showing induction content across documents, policies, certifications, tasks, and incidents in one place, with source badges and clearer permissions to help clients and employees track assigned requirements more easily. (Released: 7 July 2026, HeroForce clients and employees)
  • Updated the Getting Started widget so content remains visible even when Managed Implementation is enabled, preserving access to valuable self-service tools. (Released: 2 July 2026, all users)

HR Rostering & Timesheets

  • Introduced Labour Model so managers can define staffing rules by work site and position using sales data, helping create more consistent staffing decisions and supporting future workforce planning. (Released: this week, organisations using work sites and positions)
  • Introduced timesheet attachments on web and mobile, allowing employees to add supporting files or photos to daily timesheets and helping managers review and approve submissions faster. (Released: 9 July 2026, Global)

ITOps & Security

  • Added a self-serve Recruitment Agent signup and activation journey for a free standalone plan, allowing recruiters to create a job, generate AI interview questions, invite candidates, and secure access with first-login 2FA. (Released: 7 July 2026, new self-serve sign-ups)

OpenAPI & Developer Experience

  • Standardised Leave analytics events across web, mobile, and backend so leave actions now generate consistent event names and data, improving reporting quality and product insights. (Released: this week, Global)

Payroll

  • Improved Services Hub contact management with safe archiving, read-only pay schedule viewing, and clearer payroll contact mapping so teams can manage client contacts more confidently. (Released: 6 July 2026, UK only)
  • Introduced workload reassignment and user deletion guardrails in Services Hub so payroll teams can transfer active work safely and prevent users from being deleted while they still own live schedules or tasks. (Released: 7 July 2026, UK only)

Performance Management

  • Refreshed the Feedback experience by reducing five tabs to three, clarifying actions, and improving empty states and labels so users can navigate feedback more easily. (Released: 6 July 2026, users with access to Feedback)
  • Updated the empty state illustration in Reports to align with the current design system, creating a more polished and consistent experience across the platform. (Released: 9 July 2026, users with access to Reports)

Platform Experience

  • Enhanced top navigation search with better result relevance, clearer module context, automatic filtering of terminated employees, and improved ranking so users can find the most relevant results faster. (Released: 3 to 8 July 2026, all users)
  • Enabled customers to customise more organisation email notification templates, including policy, employment document, work eligibility, certification, recognition, and learning emails, while preserving underlying template logic. (Released: 3 and 6 July 2026, Premium, Platinum, Unlimited, Engage, and Elite customers)

Recruitment

  • Expanded the high-volume employee referral programme to more organisations globally, increasing referral activity and broadening adoption across eligible businesses. (Released: 11 June 2026, all eligible organisations)
