Note

Actions within the article Perform administrative review actions can only be performed by Admins, and not Managers.

Send review reminders

Important

You can only send reminders to employees who have not yet completed their reviews.

  • Log in to Employment Hero.
  • Click the Performance icon on the left-hand side menu.
  • Click the Performance Reviews option.
  • Individual: On the Assigned to me tab, click the Actions dropdown and select Remind.
  • Bulk: Click the Remind All button on the Assigned to me tab.
Extend an individual's review deadlines

Note

Deadline extensions are only available for Fixed Dates review periods. You can't extend deadlines for individuals in Continuous review periods.

If an employee misses the deadline for a Fixed Dates performance review, you can extend it for just that person without changing the deadline for anyone else in the same review period.

  1. Go to Performance and select Performance Reviews.
  2. Click the Review Periods tab.
  3. Click into the Fixed Dates review period containing the employee.
  4. Click the View-only tab and find the employee in the list.
  5. Click Extend deadline on the employee's row.
  6. In the dialog, review the employee's current employee deadline and reviewer deadline, shown at the top.
  7. Enter a New employee deadline (their self-review submission date) and a New reviewer deadline (their reviewer's assessment date).
  8. Click Extend deadline to save.

Important

Extending a deadline re-opens submission access for both the employee and their reviewer. The new reviewer deadline must be on or after the new employee deadline, and neither date can be in the past or earlier than the review period's lockout date — the dialog will show an error if so.
