Access my organisation's HR guides

Available for the following plans: Lite, Plus, Essentials, Engage, Elite, Unlimited 
Available for the following HR plans: Standard, Premium, Platinum 

Within your organisation, you will have HR Guides that cover off on a wide area of HR best practises such as setting goals, parental time off, and record-keeping requirements. You would have created these documents in house by your HR specialists, so having a way to digitise this information will make it easier for users within your organisation to access this information.

You can use the HR Guides feature to preview a selected document, so you can read the contents on your screen. You can also use this feature to print out a copy of a guide if you need an offline version and filter what information you see on your screen.

Maintain

Filtering HR guides
  1. Click the   Compliance menu.
  2. Click the HR Guides submenu.
  3. Click the Filter button.
  4. Select the required country.
  5. Click the Search button.
Previewing an HR guide
  1. Click the   Compliance menu.
  2. Click the HR Guides submenu.

  3. Click the Preview button.


     

    Helpful Hint

    You will now see the HR Guide displayed on your screen.

Printing an HR guide
  1. Click the   Compliance menu.
  2. Click the HR Guides submenu.
  3. Click the Preview button.
  4. Click the Printable Version button.
