As a payroll Admin, you may have employees asking for a copy of their pay slips. These requests can come in for a variety of reasons, so having a simple way to handle these requests will reduce your time spent on payroll administration.
This article shows you how to use the Draft Pay Slip feature to preview in-progress pay slips for a chosen pay run. As covered below, you can also use this feature to download a copy of this information and send it to other users who will otherwise not be able to access it.
Manage data
The below premises will walk you through how to access your draft pay slips, as well as how to either view this information on your screen or download the data as a PDF.
- Log in to your Employment Hero Payroll classic platform.
- Click the Pay Run menu.
- Click the required pay run (which will be titled as a date range in the following format: dd/mm/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy).
- Click the Draft Pay Slips button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Show
- Locations
- Click the View Draft Pay Slips button.
Helpful Hint
You will now see your draft pay slips on your screen.
- Log in to your Employment Hero Payroll classic platform.
- Click the Pay Run menu.
- Click the required pay run (which will be titled as a date range in the following format: dd/mm/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy).
- Click the Draft Pay Slips button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Show:
- All pay slips
- Manual notifications
- Locations
- Show:
- Click the Download Draft Pay Slips for Printing button.
