Employment Hero is the official HR, payroll and hiring partner of Leeds United Football Club. If your business is based in Yorkshire and you are on Employment Hero, you are part of Leeds Score, You Score. Every time Leeds United score a home Premier League goal, we add AI Recruitment Agent credits to your account automatically.
Recruitment Agent is Employment Hero's AI hiring tool. It runs live, AI-led interviews with your candidates, scores and shortlists them against the role you are hiring for, and takes most of the manual work out of early-stage screening.
The campaign runs for the rest of the 2026/27 Premier League season. Credits land in your account automatically. There is nothing to claim, no code to enter and no deadline to catch.

Check whether your account is eligible
Leeds Score, You Score is open to Yorkshire businesses on a paid Employment Hero subscription.
If you are not sure whether your account is included, contact our support team and we will check for you.
Understand which goals earn credits
Every home Premier League goal Leeds score at Elland Road earns you ten AI Recruitment Agent credits. If Leeds win three-nil at Elland Road, that is thirty credits.
- Home Premier League goals at Elland Road count.
- Own goals that add to the Leeds scoreline count.
- Away Premier League goals do not count.
- Cup goals do not count, including FA Cup and Carabao Cup ties played at Elland Road.
Credits are usually added within one working day of the match. For weekend fixtures, that normally means the following Monday.
You will see a notification in Employment Hero when they arrive.
Check your credit balance
- Go to Recruitment and select an active job.
- Once you have clicked into a job, you will see a button on the right-hand side of the screen. Hover over the button, and a dropdown will appear where you can see your available balance, including pending credits.
If you do not have any active jobs, you can create a job at any time.
Turn on Recruitment Agent for a job
Important
Recruitment Agent is switched on for a specific job rather than for your whole account. To use your credits, you will need an active job posting.
Credits are added to your account whether or not you have used Recruitment Agent before.
- Go to Recruitment, then Jobs, and open the job.
- Click Recruitment Agent in the top right of the job details page.
- Review the features and click Enable Recruitment Agent.
- Add the agent to a hiring stage, usually Screening, and review the interview questions it generates.

Track how credits are used and expire
One credit is used each time a candidate completes an AI-led interview.
Helpful Hint
Preview interviews, which you can send to yourself to test the experience, do not use any credits.
- Credits are valid for one hundred and twenty days from the date they are issued.
- Credits from different matches expire on different dates, so it is worth keeping track of when credits will expire.
- Unused credits expire, and there is no charge to you either way.
- Any credits you have as part of your existing subscription will continue to reset at each billing cycle.
Enter the prize draws
Post a job in Employment Hero during the season and you are entered into our prize draws:
- Legends Club tickets at Elland Road are drawn on 18 December 2026.
- A second pair of Legends Club tickets is drawn on 5 March 2027.
- There is a monthly draw for co-branded Employment Hero and Leeds United merchandise.
You do not need to spend any credits to enter. Post a job, and that is all it takes. The ATS is already part of your subscription. Full terms and conditions apply.
