What if the partner's NI number is invalid or missing?
The form will display an error if the partner's National Insurance number is not in the correct UK format. You must enter a valid NI number to proceed with eligibility checks.
Can I save a ShPP record if the employee is not eligible?
Yes, you can save a ShPP record even if the employee is not eligible. The eligibility result and reason will be shown in the record.
Why can't I delete some ShPP records?
The delete option is only available for records with a Pending status. Once a record has been processed in a pay run, it becomes read-only and can no longer be deleted.
How are long notes handled in the ShPP table?
Long notes are truncated in the table with an ellipsis to keep the row height consistent. The full note can be viewed by opening the record.
