Work eligibility ensures your employees have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom, making it important for your organisation to verify this easily. The Work Eligibility feature helps manage this by allowing you to add residency, passport, and visa details to an employee's file. You can also add, view, and delete any necessary documents.
Note: Admins can now delegate Work Eligibility permissions to non-admin users through Custom Security Settings. You can grant View, Modify, or Use permissions to specific employees, direct reports, teams, or locations. To configure these permissions, go to Settings > Permissions > Employee File (Non-Payroll details) and select the Work Eligibility option. Learn more about Custom Security Settings.

Manage work eligibility documents
- Click the People menu.
- Click the Employees List submenu
- Select the employee that needs their passport updated.
- Click the Work Eligibility tab.
- Click the Edit button.
- Make the required changes and then click the Save button.
