Resend invites and bulk send invites to Employment Hero as an admin

Sending invites to employees for onboarding purposes ensures new starters are welcomed into the business with clear instructions on how they can complete their setup process.
Employment Hero allows admins to send invites both individually and in bulk. It also lets users resend invites when needed and provides them with status updates so they can track when an invite has expired.
Important
New employees who are imported from the Payroll classic platform will not have invitation emails automatically sent to them. To send invitation emails to these users, refer to the Send invitations in bulk instructions below.

Further information
An Invite Expired status will be added to the employee list. This occurs if 72 hours have passed since a reminder email was sent. A notification will also appear in the sidebar.
You will also find each expired invite at the top of the employee list when you apply its Invite Expired filter.
Helpful Hint
To replace an employee's Invite Expired status with the Pending status, resend the invite to the employee.
