The Benefits Store can be used to purchase gift cards at a discounted price.
Daily activities
- Click the Benefits menu.
- Click the Benefits Store submenu.
- Click the gift card you wish to purchase.
- Click the Buy Now button.
- Use the slider to:
- Select how many Hero Points go towards the purchase.
- Select the Earned Wage Access amount going towards this purchase.
Important
Earned pay access is only available for Employment Hero Payroll customers.
- Click the Continue button.
- Click the Pay via Credit Card button.
- Enter your credit card details.
- Click the Continue button.
- Enter your shipping and address information if required, then click the Continue button.
- Review your details and click the Complete Order button.
Warning
After purchasing a gift card, you can only access it through the Employment Hero HR platform or Employment Hero mobile application. Employment Hero does not email you the gift card details.
- Click the Benefits menu.
- Click the Order History submenu.
- Click the Detail button.
- To view the details on how to redeem your gift card, click on the downward-facing arrow.
Important
Your gift card is active if there is a balance displayed, i.e. Balance £100. If you have used the gift card, or it has expired, the balance will no longer display. Instead, it will say used or expired.
- Click the Benefits menu.
- Click the Order History submenu.
- Click the Detail button.
- Click the Tracking Status button.
- Click the Benefits menu.
- Click the My Points submenu.
- You will see your Hero Points balance at the top of the screen.

- Visa debit or credit card.
- Mastercard debit or credit card.
- Hero Points.
- Earned Wage Access.
