The Pay Slip feature allows you to access digital copies of your pay slips, which you can download to your device. You can also print your pay slips if you need hard copies. You can also view your pay slips on mobile using the Employment Hero Work app. Learn how to do that in this article.
Daily activities
View my pay slips via the Pay menu
- Click the Pay menu, on the left-hand side of your homepage.
- Click the Pay Slips submenu.
- Click the payslip date range you want to view.

You can now see the details of the payslip you clicked.
View my pay slips via the My Dashboard feature
- Click the Dashboard menu.
- Click the View Payslip button in the Pay Slips section.
View my pay slips via My Profile
- Log into Employment Hero, select your name in the top-right corner, then select My Profile.
- Scroll down to the Pay Slips tile, and select either the View icon next to your most recent pay slip, or View All to view previous pay slips.
Download a pay slip
- Click the Pay menu.
- Click the Pay Slips submenu.
- Click the payslip you want to download.
- Click the Download button.
Print a pay slip
- Click the Pay menu.
- Click the Pay Slips submenu.
- Click the payslip you want to print.
- Click the Print Preview button.
Configure pay slip notifications
- Log in to the Employment Hero platform.
- Click Settings menu.
- Click the Notifications Settings submenu.
- Search for the row that says Pay Slips and click Yes or No, depending on your preferences.

Can admins and managers see employee payslips in Employment Hero?
Yes admins and managers can see employee payslips. Here's how:
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click People, then Employee List.
- Click the name of the employee you want to check.
- Scroll down to the Pay Slips tile, and select either the View icon next to the most recent pay slip, or View All to view previous pay slips.
- You can also click Net pay and Gross pay to see these values.
How do I update the email address to which my pay slip is sent?
To change the email address for your payslip, please contact your employer directly. They will help you in updating your details.
