To resolve this error, you will need to transfer the employee record on Employment Hero over to your Payroll classic platform.
Transfer an employee record
- Click the General Settings menu.
- Click the Add-ons submenu.
- Click the Actions button.
- Click the View Conflicts button.
- Click the Use EH Data button.
