The Data Extract feature enables you to download your chart of account configuration data stored within your Payroll Classic platform as either an XLSX or CSV file.
Extract chart of accounts configuration
- Log in to your Employment Hero Payroll Classic platform.
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
- Click the Data Extracts button.
- Select the Chart of Accounts Configuration option from the Data Type drop down.
- Select from the following file formats:
- XLSX
- CSV
- Click the Download button.
