Export data from a pay run in to FreshBooks

Available for the following Payroll classic plans: Standard, Premium

You can use the Export to FreshBooks feature to transfer the finalised pay run data over to your FreshBooks accounting platform.

Important

This feature is only available if you have integrated your Payroll classic platform with your FreshBooks accounting platform. To find out further information on how to integrate the two platforms, refer to this article.

Export a finalised pay run into FreshBooks
  1. Log into your Employment Hero Payroll classic platform.
  2. Click the   Pay Run menu.
  3. Click the finalised pay run that needs exporting to FreshBooks.

  4. Click the Actions tab.
  5. Click the   Export to FreshBooks button.
