My notifications feature provides you with the ability to activate or deactivate the email notifications that come from Employment Hero.
Manage my notifications
- Click the Settings menu.
- In the Notifications tile, click the My Notifications submenu.
- Click the alert type you want to change.
- Turn on/off the email notification you want:
- Celebrations
- Birthdays
- Work anniversary
- Certifications
- Certification expiration
- Company Feed
- General posts (Regular Posts, Recognitions, Shoutouts, Birthdays and Anniversaries)

Important
To be able to see and post about an employee's milestone, you will need to be a manager of the employee, and you will need to have permissions to see that employee's Personal Details tab in their HR file, which can be granted via Permissions.
