You can use the Audit Trail reporting feature to run a report with the ability to see a record that has undergone a change, by who and what aspects. This report also allows you to view the details of each update, giving you even greater granular details on the changes undertaken and by whom.
Getting started
The below premise will walk you through how to create an audit trail report.
Create an audit trail report
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Audit Trail submenu.
- Click the Filter button and choose from:
- Show all.
- Click the View Details button.
Helpful Hint
You will now see on your screen details on the changes made to the employee record.
