How do I use the employee details report?

Available for the following plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Available for the following user access levels: Employee, Manager, Admin

The Employee Details Report feature allows you to build your own reports from scratch. To read in-depth instructions on how to do this, refer to our building series of articles in the following section. You can also use this feature to download the information as an Excel, CSV or PDF file in you want to access the data outside the platform.

Run an employee details report
  1. Log into Employment Hero.
  2. Click the   Reports menu.
  3. Click the Employee Reports button.
  4. Click the Employee Details Report button.
  5. Select from the following fields:
    • Employee.
    • Employee default cost centre.
    • Pay schedule.
    • Employment status.
    • Employee start date.
    • Display columns.
  6. Click the Run Report button.

    Helpful Hint

    You will now see your Employee Details report on your screen.

The below section will walk you through how to download your employee details report.

Download the report: Excel
  1. Log into Employment Hero.
  2. Click the   Reports menu.
  3. Click the Employee Reports button.
  4. Click the Employee Details Report button.
  5. Select from the following fields:
    • Employee.
    • Employee default cost centre.
    • Pay schedule.
    • Employment status.
    • Employee start date.
    • Display columns.
  6. Click the   Download   button.
  7. Click the Excel button.

Download the report: CSV
  1. Log into Employment Hero.
  2. Click the   Reports menu.
  3. Click the Employee Reports button.
  4. Click the Employee Details Report button.
  5. Select from the following fields:
    • Employee.

    • Employment status.
    • Employee start date.
    • Display columns.
  6. Click the Run Report button.
  7. Click the   Download   button.
  8. Click the CSV button.

  1. Log into Employment Hero.
