The Employee Details Report feature allows you to build your own reports from scratch. To read in-depth instructions on how to do this, refer to our building series of articles in the following section. You can also use this feature to download the information as an Excel, CSV or PDF file in you want to access the data outside the platform.
Run an employee details report
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Employee Reports button.
- Click the Employee Details Report button.
- Select from the following fields:
- Employee.
- Employee default cost centre.
- Pay schedule.
- Employment status.
- Employee start date.
- Display columns.
- Click the Run Report button.

You will now see your Employee Details report on your screen.

- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Employee Reports button.
- Click the Employee Details Report button.

- Display columns.
- Click the Download button.
- Click the Excel button.
