There are situations where you might prefer not to display leave balances on a payslip, to simplify the document, or for privacy or organisational reasons. The following outlines the steps to hide this on your issued payslips.

Hide leave balance on your payslips
- Log into the Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Select the Settings menu.
- Select the Payroll Settings sub-menu.
- Under Pay Run Settings, select Leave Categories.
- Select the leave type that you would like to hide.
- Select whether you would like to hide the leave balance on the following:
- Payslips
- Payslips and the employee portal
- Hide the leave type from the employee view
- Click Save.
