Run a Benefits report

Available for the following HR plans: Premium, Platinum
Available for the following user access levels: Admin

The Benefits report will display benefits, costs and amounts, so you can track employee benefits more easily.

Getting started

Create a Benefits report
  1. Log in to Employment Hero.
  2. On the left-hand side navigation menu, click the Reports option.
  3. Click the Benefits tab.
  4. On the Benefits Management report tile, click on View full report.

  5. Select the following filters: 
    • Employee
    • Date range
    • Location
    • Position
    • Employment type
    • Primary manager
    • Entity
    • Search by benefit name.
  6. Click on Apply.

  7. Here you will see your Benefits report.

Export a Benefits report to a CSV file
  1. Log in to Employment Hero.
  2. On the left-hand side navigation menu, click the Reports option.
  3. Click the Benefits tab.
  4. On the Benefits Management report tile, click on View full report.

  5. Select the following filters: 
    • Employee
    • Date range
    • Location
    • Position
    • Employment type
    • Primary manager
    • Entity
    • Search by benefit name.
  6. Click on Apply.

  7. Here you will see your Benefits report.

  8. Click the downward-facing arrow icon to export the report to a CSV file.
